#### What is Tappd?

Tappd is a Customer Engagement Platform that unifies user behavior into real-time profiles. You build segments, design journeys, and send personalized push and in-app messages - with email in beta and coming soon.

#### Do I need coding skills to use Tappd?

No. The visual journey builder, segments, and message editor are no-code. Engineers install the SDK once; growth and product teams own the rest.

#### How does Tappd compare to other engagement tools?

Tappd is sized for product and growth teams who need real-time behavior triggers without enterprise overhead - lighter than legacy CEPs, deeper than one-off notification tools.

#### Are AI features available?

AI features (message drafts, plain-English journey building, and Agent Studio) are in closed beta and are not available to every account. Access is invite-only. The core platform - profiles, segments, journeys, push, and in-app - is generally available.

#### Do I need to install an SDK?

For event collection, push, and in-app messaging, yes - our lightweight SDK installs in about 10 minutes for iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter, and Web. You can also send server-side events via REST API.

#### Can I segment users in real time?

Yes. Build dynamic segments from behavior, attributes, device, and lifecycle stage. Segments update as events stream in - users enter and exit journeys automatically.

#### Does Tappd have a journey builder?

Yes - visual journeys with triggers, waits, branches, and multi-channel steps (push, in-app, webhooks, and email coming soon).

#### What integrations are supported?

Native OAuth connectors for Stripe and Shopify, plus Track API / webhook support for WooCommerce, RevenueCat, Segment, and your own backend. You can also send events through the REST API and signed webhooks. Need something else? Contact us and we can add new integrations.

#### How does pricing work?

Pick a paid plan or Custom. Every plan includes the visual journey builder and API access. Annual billing saves versus monthly.

#### Is there a free trial?

No - there is no free trial. Pick a plan that fits your stage, or contact sales for a Custom package tailored to your scale.

#### Is my data secure?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Custom plans can include SSO/SAML and data residency options.

#### Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel at period end. Annual plans can be cancelled before renewal - no long-term lock-in.
